Japanese paper brooch - Mint flowers

Our brooches are entirely handmade in our workshop near Lyon.                         Inside the gilded brass structure is placed a thin sheet of Japanese “Washi Chiyogami” paper: mint green with white and gold flowers.
 This paper is then covered with a layer of resin which initially ensures its hardening but also protection against external elements such as rain, sun and UV rays.
