This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape varieties embodies the freedom to interpret the terroir in IGP Pays d'Oc. Powerful nose on blackcurrant and blackberry, with some notes of vanilla; on the palate with very ripe tannins on a nice creaminess offering flavors of black berries and a supple finish of good length. To be enjoyed with grilled red meats, roast veal, chanterelles, or aged Parmesan, for example. 2019
