Red-Bouleau: lacto-fermented with birch sap and raspberries

Our RED BOULEAU is a lacto-fermented drink made from fresh birch sap, flavored with raspberry and combawa. Ideal for summer! We are exceptionally lucky to be on a Natura 2000 site in the middle of the mountains without any nuisance (whether visual, environmental or electromagnetic (eg the telephone does not pick up, buried power lines, almost white area). a hill that belongs to us and which is ecocert referenced (the whole area).
