
Armagnacs with 50% new barrels, we are on the passion of youth, with lots of fruit and notes brought by the new barrels. Vinification: after pressing at low pressure, the grape juice is left to ferment without any additives, “naturally”. The wine is kept on its lees until distillation to avoid oxidation and thus retain the maximum amount of fruit. Distillation: Distillation is done with the Armagnac-type still, i.e. with a tray which gives the brandy all its roundness and fruitiness. 7 years: Round and supple Armagnac with vanilla, woody and lightly roasted aromas. 15 years: Fine, elegant with notes of candied fruit and orange peel. 25 years: The marriage of power, finesse and elegance, with very complex and varied notes: spices, orange, saffron, woody… The price includes €6.02 excise duty.
