Red “Spirit of Gascony”

Grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 15% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Franc Characteristics: Fruity, fleshy, slightly tannic wine, complex with notes of red fruit and slightly tannic. 

Can be drunk from 2 years and aged for up to 10 years Serve between 16 and 18°C Accompanies starters, charcuterie, white and red meats. 

Can cool down to 14°C in summer.
