The main characteristic of this wine is its versatility in terms of food and wine pairings. It is both fresh and greedy, and knows how to show generosity, volume and thickness. Assembly : 60% Grenache Noir – 40% Cinsault Average age of the vines: 30 years Vinification: Grenache in direct pressing and Cinsault partly in bleeding. Breeding : 6 months in stainless steel tanks Tasting note: Nose marked by citrus notes, nice attack on the pomelo. Final marked by notes of lemony peach. Food-wine pairing: Corsican charcuterie, lamb curry, Thai salad Custody possible: 18 months In a few words : Light salmon color. Fleshy, tender and supple rosé with great purity of fruit.
