Rosé reminiscent of summer. Fruity, very light with a very clear color. Ideal as an aperitif, on a grill, with grilled fish. Wine that will make the whole meal perfect. Mainly Syrah and Black Genache grape varieties. Vinification in vats at low temperature, allows it to maintain a nice freshness.
