Marsala Vergine 1999 is a dry fortified wine aged in large oak barrels where a slow oxidative aging process takes place. Color: Dark amber Perfume: Ethereal, intense Flavour: Oak, dry, full, persistent It should be tasted after at least 5-15 minutes at a temperature of 15-20C in order to give the wine time to fully release its aromas. The wine may have some slight deposits because it is neither filtered nor refrigerated to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
