Moscato Sweet Sparkling Wine

The grapes are harvested before they are completely ripe to obtain more freshness and acidity. After freezing the must at – 10 °C, the yeast is added for 60 days. Straw coloured, the perlage is light and persistent; it is fresh on the nose with a scent of white and orange flowers. Sweet in the mouth, with the right acidity that enhances its freshness.
