Knead the hot water bottle to spread the heat. It diffuses instantly for a duration of 30 minutes. Reuse: Remove the hot water bottle from its soft case. Immerse the hot water bottle in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes then stop. Leave the hot water bottle in hot water until cool. The hot water bottle is ready for use again. Warning: Do not heat in microwave. Do not leave hot water bottle in boiling water unattended. This product is not intended for children. Do not go in the washing machine.
