What is Sulforaphane?   Sulforaphane, a bioactive compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, requires conversion of its inactive form, glucoraphanin, using the enzyme myrosinase, to obtain sulforaphane. 

Direct supplementation with sulforaphane, via food supplements, offers a valuable alternative, circumventing losses linked to cooking vegetables and variations in microbiota-dependent intestinal conversion.
