This organic Ayurveda Turmeric infusion is inspired by the Ayurvedic recipe for golden milk.                                        It combines the spicy notes of turmeric, ginger and black pepper with the sweet notes of coconut, licorice and tulsi.                                        It’s one of our customers’ favorite herbal teas! Recyclable packaging: kraft bag + Natureflex film, without plastic or metal.  Packaged in France by hand in an ESAT.     Good to know: turmeric comes from Asia, it is an ingredient of choice in India in Ayurvedic medicine.                                        Indeed, turmeric is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, it is a protector of the gastrointestinal system.                                        The Ayurveda Turmeric infusion is therefore indicated in the event of a cold and to improve digestion.                                        Its anti-inflammatory properties are also appreciated by athletes.  To benefit from the benefits of turmeric, it is recommended to consume it with ginger and pepper.                                        This is why our Ayurveda Turmeric recipe contains it.     Tasting advice: in Ayurveda Turmeric herbal tea, the turmeric is in pieces and not in powder in order to preserve its qualities and aromatic power.                                        You can brew it several times.  It is advisable to mix the Ayurveda Turmeric infusion well before tasting because the aromatic particles of the turmeric tend to fall to the bottom of the cup.
