These naturally derived cleansing agents do not strip the hair of its natural oils which are essential to its health. The lather from these natural surfactants cleanses the hair and scalp without the damage associated with sulfate-based shampoos. Our advice: If this is the first time you are using a natural shampoo and you do not get the result you expected, we recommend that you alternate the ecoeko shampoo with your conventional shampoo for the first few weeks, or mix the two shampoos, adding less and less of your previous shampoo.
