Well known for being the basic ingredient of chocolate, cocoa beans are also considered a “superfood” of choice in dietetics. Made from fermented, sun-dried, unroasted cocoa beans, these nibs are ready to be eaten as is as a snack, mixed with other dried fruits, or in baking. Our cocoa comes from an organic and fair trade sector of Peruvian farmers. We participated in the creation of this project based on a 100% village organization in a poor and difficult to access region.
