For a more natural and less intense effect, blend the line with a small brush. Basic Apply our blue pencil all over the eyelid, blend with a soft brush, so as to uniform everything, then apply an eyeshadow, dabbing it or continuing to blend. Try it in smokey eyes! Kajal It can be applied as kajal in the inner rhyme of the eye. Light colors make the eyes appear larger, while darker colors intensify the gaze. Eyeshadow Apply the pencil to the eyelid and blend with a brush. Do not add any eyeshadow but fix the pencil with just a little transparent powder.
