We manufacture the gymnastic rings in two different handle diameters. The narrow 28mm are the classic variant and for most Exercises sufficient. You should go for the 32mm variant if you have large hands and / or a larger contact surface prefer. This is e.g. for the attack ("False Grip"), Muscle-ups and dips are beneficial. ATTACHMENT The gymnastic rings can be attached to a solid ceiling (wooden beams, concrete, etc.) e.g. can be mounted with the help of our ceiling mounts. We recommend a distance of approx. 50cm for the rings.
