Children's book: The strange mother

Yoyo's mother has a difficult day. She is working and they call her from school: the child has a fever and they have sent him home. The nervous woman calls her mother to take care of him, but the communication fails and the message is received by a strange character... A fairy godmother? A cloud goddess?
