Construction of the Allianz Stadium was completed in 2013; it is one of the most innovative in terms of eco-responsibility: a huge wooden mesh frame, more than 4,000 solar panels, natural ventilation that channels the winds from the Plaine du Var, a geothermal system (heat and freshness comes from the ground), and the first autonomous water irrigation system thanks to the recovery of rainwater!
