400 meters altitude. 

The region's ideal climate and nutrient-rich soil produce uniquely fruity, high-quality olive oils. 

Every year we harvest the local olives of the Koroneiki variety in organic quality from the beginning to mid-November, using elaborate manual work. The Koroneiki olive is one of the most popular in Greece and its oil is one of the best in the world. The organic olives are taken to a modern, organic certified oil mill within six hours of harvest and processed there under the best hygienic conditions. 

They are cold-extracted under oxygen reduction at 25 degrees, filtered immediately and bottled in dark bottles (in order to remain stable and of high quality for longer). The uniqueness of this oil is its unusually fruity taste, but also its natural aromas, which harmonize wonderfully with bitter and spicy nuances. 

The high proportion of polyphenols (approx. 

350mg/k), natural antioxidants, vitamin E, best organoleptic characteristics and a very low acidity (less than 0.4%) lead to the production of a premium class olive oil from certified organic cultivation. Enjoy it with fresh salads, antipasti, vegetables, fish, meat and cooked dishes. Also ideal for frying and cooking.
