Before House Eliméa was born, the first chapter took place in the previous century. Our story begins in the 1980s within the Mittenaere family. One fine day, a bit by chance, they are working on developing a bath salt recipe. They vibrate at this time for generously scented products.

We, Benoît & Pierre, their two sons, have been traveling since 2012 with a desire to discover new horizons, new cultures. Between two destinations, we love this family recipe and we are amazed by the flavors. They give us beautiful emotions. We see in them wonderful stories to tell. This is how we decided in 2013 to create a concept around bath salts & perfumes.

We begin to develop our products by keeping the wonderful conviction of the beginning and to perpetuate it: to offer intensely scented products. We collaborate, initially with perfumers from Grasse and then in a second, with the talented creators of perfumes from around the world to obtain the most beautiful notes. Fragrances nourished by our excursions and by the raw materials that we continually discover in each country. So we get excited about every bold creation. We simply want to promote the excellence of Perfumery and its Art through our products.

In 2017, the Eliméa brand was born. Moreover, Eliméa is a name inspired by a subtle mixture of two Scandinavian first names with soft sounds. Eliméa then becomes a constant invitation to unique olfactory journeys, sourced from our expeditions. After 4 years of meetings and research, our concept was born: to offer you very olfactory soaps, cosmetics, scented candles and home fragrances by rigorously selecting our ingredients for their quality and respect.
