Sundried Tomato Paté

A three selection vegetable paté is an innovative and entirely Greek product. Our innovation lies in the process: we use dehydration, one of the oldest preservation methods, instead of baking or boiling the vegetables. We also dehydrate all herbs before blending them with extra virgin olive oil and condiments which offers great advantages such as intense taste with small quantity and very long shelf life without any preservatives. Ideally designed as dips for wine, beer, cocktail or distillery can be paired with a cracker, rusk or on toasted bread. An all natural, plant-based, vegan and absolutely genuine vegetable taste, our sundried tomato paté is a perfect pairing for a dry red wine and red meat.
