RED KAMPOT PEPPER

Kampot red pepper develops powerful fruity aromas on the palate, with notes of caramel, vanilla and honey. To be grinded to finish off salads and cooked dishes based on pork, beef and duck. It can also be used for dessert, to test on a mango, an apple compote.
