VEGETABLE LEEK AND FARM GOAT RILLETTES

In this preparation, we honor our local partners: The goat laughs in Marcouville for goat cheese and the EARL Le village in Martot for leeks and vegetables in general. This pot of vegetable rillettes of leeks and free-range goat cheese is made thanks to Séverine and her small family who produce their goat cheese with love and passion. In addition, the Labiffe brothers, market gardeners in Martot are also very close to our kitchens and produce the leeks for our terrines.
