In the morning and/or in the evening, massage the skin using circular movements, emphasizing the delicate areas. After using the sponge, rinse it then squeeze it to remove any excess water before hanging it using its cord. Depending on the care taken in its maintenance, the sponge can be kept for up to 3 months.
