Poster Lunar Eclipse

This is a poster depicting a lunar eclipse. A lunar eclipse occurs when the sun, the Earth and the moon align. Normally the moon reflects light from the sun to the earth, but during a lunar eclipse the earth stands in the way and the moon receives no sunlight: the moon is in the shadow of the earth and thus becomes dark, or eclipsed.
