Appearance: Clear with hints of green & blue Nose: Fresh sea air, with bergamot, thyme and perfumed labdanum drifting through. Taste: Clean and crisp with bold juniper bud and bergamot citrus giving way to tropical notes from sea buckthorn and savoury olive leaf. Finish: Fresh dulse and kelp with savoury herbs and a pinch of Arctic sea salt. Perfect serve: 1 part MARINE, 3 parts light tonic loads of ice and garnish with lime slices
