Type of Beer: IPA General Description: The balance of an IPA with maturation in French oak barrels. Colour: Golden, almost coppery, with an abundant layer of very persistent foam. Smell: The hints of wood are quickly differentiated, making this IPA something very different. Fruity aromas, mixed with floral. Taste: The first thing that catches your eye are the touches of wood, difficult to remove if you are speaking of an IPA, malty sweets follow, but we quickly moves to mixed citrus with an elegant and very balanced bitterness.
