Rub butter between your hands to melt then massage into desired area on damp skin. If using to treat dry skin - use three times a day, and be sure to use a gently cleansing body wash/bubble bath, to see the difference in your skin.    Can be used with the Lavender and Chamomile bath salts or Hemp Seed Beauty oil to gently cleanse the skin.
