Artisan Panettone with Rum and Dark Chocolate

Pane'n guazzo is a typically Tuscan term used to describe something well soaked. Based on this idea, three variants of panettone were created: homemade limoncello, agricultural rum and chocolate and vin santo from the Tuscan hills. To make it, we soaked (or "put in gouache") our panettone, made with natural yeast and 36 hours of leavening in the three different liqueurs. For this version, 65% dark chocolate chips were added to our leavened product and, once cooked, it was soaked in agricultural rum. The alcoholic flavor of rum blends perfectly with our chocolate, all enclosed in an excellent leavened product. 750gr Free of Hydrogenated Fats – Our products do not contain hydrogenated fats.
