Fackelmann homemade spaetzle grater

This funny kitchen utensil is a spaetzle grater. It therefore allows you to cook your spätzles very easily. Once the spaetzle batter is made, place this grater over your pot of boiling water and pour in some batter. With the squeegee go over the entire length of the spätzle grater and let them fall into the boiling water and thus cook. Spätzles are typical Alsatian pasta that are eaten with a morel sauce or in the form of a tartiflette.
