Organic cocoa bean pralines in a 95g ballotin

The mini version of our famous pralines. The small box of pralines, easy to carry for bike rides, hikes, picnics, etc. To devour for a full energy boost! The cocoa beans (a slightly bitter variety) are softened here by the caramel and provide maximum energy. Here they are grilled to the core then caramelized the old-fashioned way in a copper turbine with organic brown sugar.
