FATCH Blanche is a refreshing beer, brewed with coriander seeds and bitter orange peel. This brewing technique makes it a white beer with character, with spicy notes and a slight bitterness. Alcohol: 5% alc/vol Volume: 33 cl Color: Pale yellow with pearly highlights. Nose: Spicy with notes of pepper and clove. Barbe Rouge hops give it subtle aromas of blackcurrant. Aromas: First taste marked by notes of wheat and spices. Mid-palate supported by esters. Finish with a sweet bitterness. Material: Roundness and softness thanks to the selection of a yeast which does not ferment maltotriose. Its strong point: Brewed with different spices, the white is fruity and aromatic.
