Oh Fatch, do you speak southern? The name of the brewery comes from the Provençal expression “Oh Fatch!” »which marks surprise and astonishment. FATCH is a craft brewery located in the south of France, in the town of Courthézon, in Vaucluse. Ideally located between Orange and Avignon, it is at the center of festive and cultural activities. Inspired by pop/street art, the brewery stands out with a strong visual identity marked by color, shapes and the choice of canned packaging. The FATCH brewery wishes to promote French agricultural sectors by choosing to work with French malts and hops grown in Alsace and the South-West. It produces a range of Mediterranean-style beers, including the blonde, the white, the amber and the IPA. FATCH IPA is a hoppy beer with exotic fruit aromas. Its finish is dry, its bitterness controlled, which gives it length in the mouth. Alcohol: 5% alc/vol. Volume: 33 cL. Color: Orange with tangerine highlights. Nose: Fruity with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Aromas: First taste marked by citrus fruits such as pineapple and mango. Mid-palate with notes of maritime pine. Dry finish and controlled bitterness. Material: Dry and generous. Its strong point: Brewed in the traditional way, the cascade hops make it an “old school” IPA with intense exotic fruit aromas.
