Le Grand Cros, La Rivale - sparkling rosé

More pungent and frivolous than its elder “La Maitresse”. The charm of “La Rivale” lies in its delicate but expressive character. It is an effervescent rosé resulting from a method of which we are a pioneer, it is close to the Charmat and ancestral method. We wanted to limit calories and there is therefore no added sugar unlike the traditional (champagne) and Charmat methods.
