POICAMOLE, peas, no avocado! BISTRO SIZE 650G

The 650g Bistro Format is ideal if you want to do light catering / aperitif-snacking on the spot. This format guarantees a good margin. We recommend portions of 100g of spread served with bread, FFA buckwheat crisps or FFA toast. You can offer at 9€ TTC on site. We have designed FFA porcelain plates. Original creation of the FFA. Avocado is very good. The problem is that very little is produced in France. The avocados that we consume are mostly imported from the other side of the planet. Their culture also requires a lot of water. We had the idea of replacing the avocados with peas while keeping the markers of the traditional guacamole recipe: lime, coriander, onion and a hint of tomato. The result is very successful. Poicamole is handcrafted in Hérault. It's light, very fresh, with a lot of "pep" thanks to the lime. It can be spread or dipped directly in it. "POICAMOLE" is a trademark registered by the FFA!
