The olives in the extra virgin olive oil in the bag-in-box come from traditional olive groves in the Douro region, where olive cultivation has been practiced for generations.   The laborious harvesting by hand preserves the habits of our ancestors.   The result is an exclusive olive oil that respects and promotes the land in which it is born and maintains its character.    The olive varieties used are: Madural Cordovil Cobrancosa The extraction process is cold, at a controlled temperature of 28ºC.   At the end of production, decantation takes place (around 2 to 3 months).    We are talking about excellent olive oil from Portugal, which has won multiple awards - a true dream for all olive oil connoisseurs!
