• Description : Great spelled (triticum spelta) is a cousin of wheat, cultivated since Antiquity. We use seeds of non-hybridized varieties such as “Oberkülmer”. It is an ancient cereal with coated grains (covered with a husk). After harvesting and sorting, the grains are hulled, so they grow protected from any atmospheric pollution. Great spelled contains a type of gluten that is more digestible for sensitive people. The flour is obtained on our stone mill which turns very slowly, so it does not heat the grain and preserves the germ and all its nutritional qualities. • Product information: Lined kraft bag with a capacity of 750 g.
