Chaga Elixir is a product with Nordic roots, created by an Estonian family that has been using its healing powers for years. The chaga plants and honey and mushrooms are grown and harvested by hand in Estonia by family and friends. One dose for an adult 25 ml before meals 1-2 times a day, maximum daily dose 50 ml. Your daily dose of Chaga elixir should take into account the vitamin C you have obtained that day from other sources and be reduced accordingly. 1 tl = 5 ml Children under 12 years of age should not use the product.
