The soft and round flavor of Rooibos combined with the acidity of orange with the spicy notes of ginger gives it fragrant, tasty and soothing notes at the same time. Very popular in South Africa where it originates, rooibos is a theine-free plant. Rooibos, associated with verbena, chamomile are renowned for their relaxing properties by acting on nervousness, anxiety and stress. Promotes sleep and helps prevent cell aging with powerful antioxidants. Orange: Rich in vitamin C, source of fiber, calcium and magnesium, orange is low in calories and stimulates the immune system. Ginger: its aphrodisiac, antioxidant and antibacterial properties give it virtues to fight infections, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive problems. Mint and fennel have digestive properties. They soothe stomach disorders and stimulate bile and therefore digestion thanks to its concentration of iron and vitamin C. Licorice root: slows down the development of viruses.
