Stimulating and digestive properties: Mint is renowned for its stimulating and digestive properties. This infusion is ideal for a gentle awakening, to help digestion at the end of a meal, or for consumption throughout the day. It can also be enjoyed as a refreshing drink, suitable for all seasons. We preserve the quality of the plants that we harvest and dry in our workshop, thus controlling the entire manufacturing process while respecting organic farming. Each plant used in our infusions is grown by us on our land in Gamaches in maritime Picardy. How to benefit from the benefits of our infusions? Infuse 2 to 3 grams of leaves in hot water (250 ml), taking a little from each plant in the mixture. Cover your cup of infusion (use a jam jar lid for example). Wait 10 minutes before tasting it.
