Ped O Pull (Pedi Pole)

Designed to enhance core stability and alignment while standing, the Ped-o-Pull opens a new world of Pilates exercises. Strengthen the entire body and dramatically improve balance while elongating the spine and correcting shoulder girdle issues. Birch ply base and powder coated steel T Bar. Clear powder coated steel T Bar. Galvanised steel can show variations in colour due to heat applied during the manufacturing process (cutting, drilling, welding, etc.) and these are visible through a clear powder coat. We strive to show the truest nature of the materials and as such these colour variations should not be considered a defect. SAFETY NOTE: The functionality of the Ped O Pul requires it to be freestanding. The design mandates the User to either stand or sit on the Ped O Pul, or for a second person to hold the apparatus upright during use, to prevent falling over.
