Sardine fillets in organic olive oil

The schooling fish are located on small boats using depth sounders and then caught with large-mesh purse seine nets. This way, the sardines are less pressed or crushed, and young fish can get back out. This canned product contains only sea salt and organic olive oil, in addition to the sardines. Ready to enjoy: on bread, as a base for leaf and vegetable salads or as part of an appetizer platter. Ideal in combination with tomatoes, peppers, capers, artichokes, etc. Suitable for heating: in sauces, on pizza, with pasta or rice.
