The expertly grown cocoa used to make this chocolate is lightly roasted by us and gives the chocolate floral, spiced and honey flavour notes. And one of the best things about it? Is it doesn’t taste bitter! Due to the low temperature we roast the cocoa you only taste the amazing flavour of the cocoa and no burnt or bitterness.  Ingredients: Organic India cocoa beans, British sugar, organic cocoa butter.
