In the heart of Tuscany, where craftsmanship were born, Massimiliano and Riccardo Lunardi relaunch their family business, creating a new brand that carries their faces: FRATELLI LUNARDI.
Since 1966 bread, sweet and savory items are produced in their family bakery, made to meet the needs of gourmand lovers coming from all Italy to taste their specialty at a table, or take away. Their crumbly biscuits [the chocolate one on TOP] and cantucci toscani IGP have also gone abroad and today are distributed all over the world. In order to have a huge range of finest food, bros are always involved in a never-ending research of the best, cause they are maniacs of the Good and the Beauty.
One of the most traditional recipes of the Tuscan cuisine inspires our biscuits: Cantucci. We add a little bit of genuine butter to obtain a softer and tasty result. We knead, prepare elongated strips of dough and then bake in the oven. When they are ready, we try them, share opinions and knead again.
