The cashew nut*, the fruit of the cashew tree, is harvested manually. The inshell nuts are separated from the cashew apple and then briefly steamed to inactivate the acids and weaken the shell. They are then dried, sorted by size, shelled and dehulled. The cashew nuts* thus obtained are finally dry roasted without salt, sorted and packaged. Our products are carefully selected.
