Baobab powder is extracted from the pulp of the organic* baobab fruit (Adansonia digitata) naturally dried on the tree, harvested manually and reduced to powder. The powder thus obtained is then finely sieved. Baobab powder has a pleasantly tart and slightly sweet flavor.
