They are produced by a small artisan workshop in Sicily, only after a careful selection of the raw materials and the exclusively artisanal processing method. The raw materials used are few and chosen for their unique characteristics: "Maiorca" soft wheat flour, an ancient Sicilian grain forgotten and rediscovered; rice malt, an alternative to refined sugar, our extra virgin olive oil, unforgettable on the palate for its harmonious taste; the peel and orange juice of our organic Sicilian oranges.
