Catarratto PGI Bag-In-Box ORGANIC

The Catarratto BIO from Cantine Birgi is a wine from the native Sicilian vine, Catarratto, which is one of the oldest and most characteristic white grape varieties on the island. The wine has a straw yellow color and the bouquet is characterized by the typical aromas of our land: orange blossom, jasmine, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and white fruit. This wine is entirely produced from Sicilian grapes, which are grown following the most rigorous organic criteria. On an olfactory and palatal level you will encounter fresh, delicate, mineral and fruity flavors and aromas, typical of this wine whose grapes are warmed by the Sicilian sun.
