Organic Sicilian Kiwi Extra Jam

This jam is produced with organic Hayward variety kiwis produced in Santa Venerina (CT), on the slopes of Etna, with the traditional method and without the addition of pectin.  There is a very simple method to guarantee all fresh fruit lovers the best jams and marmalades: wait for the fruit.  We start preparing the jars only after having collected the fruit at its optimal point of ripeness from the trees.  The result is simple: absolutely natural jams that stand out for the absolute superiority of their taste and the intensity of their aroma, capable of arousing in those who taste them the emotions that one feels when eating fruit freshly picked from the tree.
