From Italian sunflower fields, this I Frutti del Sole oil is obtained by cold pressing organic seeds. The oil obtained has a high content of linoleic acid, polyunsaturated fats, such as omega 6 and vitamins E which counteract ageing. It is deodorized to make it more pleasant on the palate and also ideal for sweet preparations, and finally bottled.
